It's quick and secure, but you can always drop into your nearest attraction and get passes there if you'd prefer. Of course the 10% discount won't apply though!

Pop in and collect you passes...
Once you've agreed to the terms and conditions we'll take photos so everyone has their very own Merlin Annual Pass ID card. They will become your key to the attractions, so keep them safe and bring them with you on every visit.

Additional tips to help when you collect your passes

• Ensure all members of your party are present when you come to collect your pass as we need to take their photographs. If a member of your party cannot make it for any reason, please bring along a clear face photograph of them which we'll be able to scan onto their pass.
• Each person will be issued with their very own Merlin Annual Pass ID card. This will feature their name and photograph, so it can only be used by the stated person and will be checked upon entry. Pass sharing is not allowed!
• If you provide us with an email address and opt to receive mailings, we'll be able to keep you informed with any important attraction news, such as events, announcements, special offers, prize draws and renewal discounts. We promise not to spam, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
