Terms and Conditions
- All guests must be accompanied by a Merlin Annual Passholder on their visit.
- All accompanying Passholders must bring a valid Merlin Annual Pass and be willing to show this as proof if needed.
- Visitors must pre-book their visit date and time slot in advance to guarantee entry.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, group, family, multi-attraction tickets or for advanced bookings. One promotion code will be accepted per transaction.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Note that the offer is available individually at each attraction. One ticket does not allow access to multiple attractions it is solely for the attraction you purchased the ticket at/for.
