At SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium – dive into the diversity of the world’s marine ecosystems. Admire the blooms of sea jellies, waddles of penguins, schools of fish and shivers of sharks as the whole family learns about their fascinating night-time antics.
At WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo - journey through Australia’s iconic Great Southern Land with a range of habitats to explore. Grab a glimpse of some night creatures that call the zoo home, from slithering snakes, mischievous gliders, or even a bouncing bilby.
As guests explore Australia’s most iconic habitats both above and below water, they will enjoy free UV reactive activity sheets and on weekends, free glow-in-the-dark face painting is available! Held between 11am to 1pm at Moonlight Beach at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and 1:30pm to 3:30pm at WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo exclusively during VIVID. Get a glow-up before heading out to see VIVID lights!
Madame Tussauds Sydney has extended its opening hours until 8pm on select Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as well as Monday 13 June (last entry 7pm) for a limited time during VIVID. The extended hours offer the opportunity to get impossibly close to the gifted, rich, and famous, both during the day and after dark!
Inside, enjoy an evening full of interactive experiences, becoming the star of the story! Guests can jump on stage as the headline act of ‘Sydney Live’ alongside Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Troye Sivan. Re-create favourite scenes alongside ET and Marilyn Monroe in the Film & TV zone before joining everyone’s favourite superheroes - The Flash, Wonder Woman, Batman and the rest of the Justice League© in battle to help save the city!

Across just four Saturdays from 28th May, guests have the rare chance to escape the crowds on an intimate and breath-taking VIVID SKYWALK at Sydney Tower Eye.
Not usually available in the evenings, this unique outdoor experience will see guests soaking up the stunning views from above the lit-up city skyline, catching glimpses of VIVID from 268m above the city and a thousand miles from care.
During the 60-minute VIVID SKYWALK experience, guests will be amazed at the exhilarating view as they walk 360 degrees around the outside of the tower and hear from the friendly guides as they point out iconic landmarks and share the best of Sydney’s historic stories.
There will be plenty of fun with light-up bracelets and accessories to ensure guests meet the theme ahead of their photoshoot, with sights such as the Sydney Opera House in the background.
